("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.

1. General
All orders are subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website; however, occasional stock discrepancies may occur. If we are unable to fulfill all items in your order at the time of purchase, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to discuss whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or receive a refund for the unavailable portion.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase. This will be the final price for shipping to the customer.

3. Returns & Refunds
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
'The Bombay Blends’ will accept returns due to a change of mind, provided the request is received within 14 days of receipt of the item. Items must be returned to us in their original packaging, unopened (with seals/cellophane intact), unused, and in resellable condition.
Shipping: Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. Customers are required to arrange their own tracked shipping.
Refund: Once the return is received and inspected, we will refund the value of the goods to Store Credit for a future purchase. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
3.2 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will honor claims for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, provided the claim is submitted within 14 days of receipt.
Process: Customers may be required to pre-pay return shipping; however, we will reimburse these costs upon a successful claim. To assist in a swift resolution, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when first opening your package.
Resolution: Once the claim is confirmed, you will have the choice of:
(a) A refund to your original payment method.
(b) A refund in store credit.
(c) A replacement item (subject to stock availability).

4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Transit Time
In general, domestic shipments within India are in transit for 2 - 7 business days. Please note that as perfumes are classified as flammable liquids, they are transported via surface shipping to comply with safety regulations; this may result in slightly longer transit times for remote locations.
4.2 Dispatch Time
Orders placed before 02:00 PM IST (UTC +5:30) will be dispatched the same day. Orders
placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will be dispatched the next business day.
4.3 Change Of Delivery Address
We can change the delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once the order is with the courier, we are unable to redirect it.
4.4 P.O. Box & Military Addresses
'The Bombay Blends' does not currently ship to P.O. Box addresses or restricted military areas (e.g., Army Post Office/APO addresses) via our private courier partners. Please provide a complete physical street address for all orders.
4.5 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will follow the process outlined in Section 1. If you choose to wait for restocking, we will reserve the existing items in your order until the backordered item is available for complete dispatch.
4.6 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted window, please contact us at
bombayblends.perfumes@gmail.com so that we can conduct an investigation with the courier.

5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is visibly damaged upon arrival, please reject the parcel from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered in your absence, please take photos of the packaging and contact us immediately.

7. Taxes (GST)
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). The price shown on the product page is the final price for the item, and no additional taxes will be collected at checkout.

8. Cancellations
We accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy regarding "Change of Mind" (Section 3.1).

9. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
9.1 Damaged in-transit: We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has
completed their investigation.
9.2 Lost in-transit: We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
