This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Site as well as the products and/or services purchased or accessed through this Site (the "Services"). Whether you are simply browsing or purchasing Services, your use of this Site signifies that you have read, understand, acknowledge, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Fragrance Subjectivity: As a purveyor of artisanal scents, the Company strives for accuracy in describing fragrance notes, sillage, and longevity. However, you acknowledge that scent perception is subjective. Longevity and performance may vary significantly based on environmental factors, storage conditions, and individual skin chemistry.
Safety Disclosure: Users acknowledge that perfumes are classified as flammable liquids. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carrier safety protocols or surface-transport requirements (as outlined in our Shipping Policy).

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content on this Site, including without limitation the text, software, graphics, photos, fragrance descriptions, and logos ("Company Content"), are owned by or licensed to The Bombay Blends in perpetuity and are subject to copyright and trademark protection. Company Content may not be copied, reproduced, or exploited without express prior written consent.

5. USER CONTENT & SUBMISSIONS
Some features of this Site may allow you to post reviews or opinions ("User Content"). You grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content in connection with the Site and the Company's marketing and promotional activities.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8. FEES, PAYMENTS & TAXES
GST: All prices are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian law. Prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Refund Policy: For products eligible for a refund, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the approval of the request.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Arbitration: Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, India.
